Terms & Conditions


There is no minimum order and no order is too small.



Samples are made to order at a cost of £10 + p&p, the cost of the sample will be refunded should you place an order over £100. Please allow 2 weeks for your sample to arrive, this may be extended in busy periods. Alternatively, you may collect your sample. Please remember all designs are owned by Designed For You By Joanne and should not be replicated without prior consent. Please note samples are only  personalised, with your names & date of wedding.



All stationery is made using high quality materials. It is handmade and each invitation may have slight variations, although these are kept to a minimum. There may also be slight colour variations in card and paper this is due to the differing batches from the supplier.



Please ensure you proof read your samples thoroughly and inform us of any corrections. Once we have received your confirmation to proceed, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, unless on our part. There will be a small charge for alterations made once we have received your confirmation to proceed.



Prices shown on the website are for guidance only, as you will be issued with a personal quote for your order.



If you are happy to proceed with the order, a non- refundable/transferable deposit of £100 on large orders is payable. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is payable for smaller orders, please pay this within 14 days of the invoice date to secure your booking. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to these terms conditions.



The balance of your order is broken into 3 parts (for large orders), 2 parts (for smaller orders). These consist of deposit, an interim payment 50% of the remaining balance and then the remainder 2 weeks before the wedding.



Payment can be made either by cash or bank transfer. Bank details are shown on the bottom of your quote.

Final information

All final information is required between 6-8 weeks before the date of the wedding.  


Any changes made by yourself after the final information is approved will incur a charge, unless it is a mistake on our part.



All deposits are non-refundable or transferable and cancellations must be made within 7 days of the order being placed. A cancellation fee of 50% of the final balance will be payable if you wish to cancel the rest of your order once your invitations have been completed.


Postage & packing

If you would like your order to be posted to you, this will be in addition to the final price of your order. All orders are sent recorded delivery and you will be notified when your order has been sent. We cannot be held responsible for any items delayed, damaged or lost in the post.



I can deliver your, on the day stationery to your venue and also set up the stationery in your reception room, however there will be an additional charge for this service.


Additional info

All personal data is used only to complete your order and will not be passed onto any third party without your prior consent & will be kept on file until I am required by law to dispose of them by shredding. 

Also all invitations are designed by myself and must not be copied without prior consent.
